Jack & Diane invite the most talented and inspiring songwriters to join them and play for you every Wednesday evening. Performing Songwriters for Music Circle South are by INVITATION ONLY! They are carefully selected by Jack & Diane. This is a very special show, with seasoned and professional Performing Songwriters.
We want you to be confident in the fact that when you choose to spend your Wednesday evening with us, that you can count on excellence and consistency in the quality of the performances. Each Performing Songwriter that plays this show has an extensive history in the music business. Some are hit-songwriters, some hold professional publishing or recording contracts, and some are pro indie-artists. But one thing they all have in common is a prominent degree of professionalism, talent and tact. Our writers are great singers, players, entertainers and humanitarians.
You will hear a wide variety of musical genres at Music Circle South, since each writer has a different set of influences. You will hear inflections and variations on country, jazz, pop, blues, rock, folk and soul in their original music. All of the music is performed acoustically. It is "listening music".
We hope you will not only enjoy the show, but discover artists in this mix that appeal to you. Their CDs will be available at each show for you to purchase and enjoy. Our Performers are happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures with you, as well.
